Booking Conditions.

It is a condition of booking that all persons have adequate holiday insurance cover in case of cancellation or curtailment for whatever reason or sufficient funds to cover any costs. All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit, and at the tariffs applicable according to season. Mealtimes are pre-arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken. Check in time is normally from 2 pm an early check in may be available subject to a supplement and availability. Alcohol may only be consumed within the hotel and its grounds when purchased from the hotel bar, due to licensing regulations any person breaking this rule will be asked to vacate the hotel and no refunds will be given and this will be strictly enforced. Pay & display parking is available 100yds away at a cost from £6.50 per day. No non-residents are allowed within the hotel without prior permission from the management.  All rooms must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. All accounts must be paid upon arrival by cash or credit / debit cards due to high card fees all 1 night stays must be paid by cash unless otherwise agreed by the proprietors. The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for valuables unless handed in for safe custody. The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is party to that contract cause any detriment to the comfort of other guests. In the event of any cancellation or curtailment, the person whose name appears on the booking form will be liable to for the total cost as per the reservation (See cancellation charges)or any damage caused during your stay. Smoking is not allowed within the hotel and any person found smoking will be asked to leave the hotel and no refunds will be given and a £50 cleaning charge will be applied.

When a deposit or payment has been paid by an authorised credit or debit card you agree that any payment for cancellation or damage you authorise us to take payment from the same card without further notice. Access is via your own key 24 hours a day and guests must have the key to gain access at all times.

Cancellation Charges.

Up to 30 days before arrival- loss of deposit or 1 nights stay.

29 days to 8 days before arrival loss of deposit or 1 nights stay plus 40% of balance.

7 days to 48 hours of arrival loss of deposit or 1 nights stay plus100% of balance.

Up to 48 hours of arrival loss of deposit or 1 nights stay plus 100% of balance.

No Show 100% of balance due.

By booking your stay with us you are entering a legally binding contract and it is recommended that you have adequate insurance cover or funds to cover any monies owed.
